Trail Description


Schöner Start mit einer anspruchsvollen Trailabfahrt zum Rursee. Der Rest führt auf Feldwegen nach Heimbach mit anschließender Schleife hoch nach Mariawald. Von dort geht es dann wieder über Schwammenaul zurück.
