Die Tour startet in dem kleinen Dorf Tochni, von dort aus geht es ersteinmal einen langen Anstieg teils Strasse und Schotter bis auf 1400 Meter hoch. Oben angekommen wird man einerseits mit einer hervorragenden Aussicht auf das Umland und auf die Stadt Nicosia, die teils Griechisch und Türkisch ist, belohnt. Andererseits kann man sich schon auf die Singletrailabfahrt freuen, die sich ewig lang ins Tal erstreckt und jedes Bikerherz höher schlagen lässt. Zum Ausgangspunkt geht es dann eine sehr wenig befahrene Strasse neben der Autoban zurück. Die Strecke ist komplett fahrbahr, bis auf ein paar Treppenstufen die zur Aussichtsplattform gehen. Tipp: Nach der langen Trailabfahrt kommt man durch einige kleine Dörfer--- Augen offen halten!! Die Bäckereien dort sind einfach der Hammer und sollten auf jedenfall einmal besucht werden!!

The tour starts in the small village of Tochni, from there it goes firstonce a long climb partly gravel road and up to 1400 meters high. Once at the top you will on the one hand, rewarded with excellent views of the countryside and the city of Nicosia, which is partly Greek and Turkish. On the other hand, one can look forward to the singletrack descent that extends forever long valley and will make every biker's heart. To the starting point, it is then a very little traffic in addition to the Autoban back. The track is completely mounted bahr, go up to a few steps to the viewing platform. Tip: After the long downhill trail takes you through some small villages hold open --- Eye !! The bakeries there are simply amazing and should be visited in any case once !!
