Wir fahren am Schlossteich vorbei in Richtung Fischhaus und weiter nach Külte. Es geht dann bis nach Volkmarsen. Von dort ein Stück in Richtung Warburg, bevor es an der Brücke rechts ab geht.Jetzt müssen wir einen knackigen Trailanstieg bewältigen. Die Kugelsburg lassen wir rechts liegen und fahren einen kurzen Weg links hoch um vor dem Wald rechts bis zur Straße zu fahren.Gegenüber geht es die Treppe hoch und immer dem Weg folgend bis zur Landstraße.Durch Rhöda und über einen Feldweg bis Niederelsungen.Kurz die Hauptstrasse rechts ab, bis es wieder links in einen Trail geht. Immer dem Weg bis nach Elmarshausen folgen.Weiter durch Wolfhagen in Richtung Landau.Wir fahren am Bundeswehrgelände entlang bis nach Bühle.Durch die Felder und Trail`s geht es hoch zur Straße.Rechts und wieder links und bergab durch Landau.Links und wieder rechts bis zum Aufstieg ( nur zu Fuß ). Wer nicht klettern möchte, kann die Straße bis zur Höhe folgen und dann rechts in den Feldweg einbiegen. Wer den Track wählt, klettert und dann geht es kreuz und quer bis zum Radweg R6.Dem Weg folgen bis Neu Berich.Links ab und rechts um den Twistesee. Dann am Golfplatz vorbei und wieder Richtung Schlossteich und zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.

We drive past the castle pond towards fish house and on to Külte. It then goes up after Volkmarsen. From there, a piece in the direction of Warburg before the bridge, turn right geht.Jetzt we have to cope with a crisp Trail rise. The Kugelsburg we leave right and drive a short distance to the left to high before the forest right up to the road to fahren.Gegenüber it goes up the stairs and always follow the path up to the Landstraße.Durch Rhöda and a dirt road to the Niederelsungen.Kurz main road turn right, then left again until it goes into a trail. Always the way up to Elmarshausen folgen.Weiter by Wolf Hagen towards Landau.Wir go on military site along until after Bühle.Durch the fields and Trail`s it goes up to Straße.Rechts and turn left and descend through Landau.Links and right again until the rise (just walking). Who would not want to climb, the road can be followed up to the amount and then turn right onto the dirt road. Who selects the track climbs and then it goes back and across R6.Dem follow up to the bike path way to New Berich.Links and turn right at the Arolsen. Then past the golf course and back towards the castle pond and to the starting point.
