Ausgangspunkt (1270m) der dritten Tour unterhalb des Refugio del Pilar, dort wo der Wanderweg LP 14 auf den EP 103 trifft. Auf Teer hoch über das Refugio und noch ein Stück weiter der Strasse folgen. Jetzt auf den breiten Forstweg LP 16 abbiegen und diesem folgen bis zum Llano de las Moscas Refugio. Hier den VM 125 folgen, der hoch zum Pico Nambroque führt. Ein Teilstück muss geschoben werden. Nicht hoch zum Gipfel, sondern den GR 131 runtertrailen mit ein paar fiesen Absätzen zwischendrin. Weiter ein winziges Stück auf dem EP 105 und weiter auf dem EP 104. Hier gibt es einen Abzweig, der um den El Gallo herum führt und auf den EP 105 mündet. Jetzt die Serpentinen des EP 105 runter. Ist der breite Wirtschaftsweg erreicht, diesen zum Hoyo de la Sima folgen, um dann die Serpentinen runter Richtung Jedey zu folgen. Wer noch Körner hat, biegt links hoch, die Teerstrasse erreicht ist. Diese führt hoch zum Startplatz der Gleitschirmflieger und geht bald in teilweise fiesen Sand über. In einer Kehre den Weg verlassen und auf den Wanderweg LP 15 runtersurfen. Dieser mündet irgendwann auf die Teerstrasse, die uns zurück nach Puerto Naos bringt.

Starting point (1270m) the third tour under the Refugio del Pilar, where the trail meets the EP LP 14 103. Follow up on tar over the Refugio and a little further the road. Now turn on the forest trail LP 16 and this follow up to the Llano de las Mosca Refugio. Here follow the VM 125 that leads up to the Pico Nambroque. A section must be pushed. Not up to the summit, but the GR 131 down trailen in between with a few nasty paragraphs. Next a tiny piece on the EP 105 and continue on the EP 104 There is a branch that leads to the El Gallo around and opens the EP 105. Now the switchbacks of the EP 105 down. Is the wide Wirtschaftsweg achieved this for Hoyo de la Sima follow to follow then the switchbacks down towards Jedey. Who still has grains, turn left up the tarmac road is reached. This leads up to the launch site of the paragliders and soon changes in partially nasty sand. In a turn left down the way and surf on the footpath LP 15. This leads eventually to the tar road that brings us back to Puerto Naos.
