Intervalltraining auf Mountainbikisch: Fahrt vom Forsthaus am Plauener Stadtwald auf der Straße durch das Syratal nach Neundorf und von dort nach Kobitzschwalde. Hier biegt ihr auf den ehemaligen Truppenübungsplatz ein (jetzt: NSG Großer Weidenteich) und durchquert diesen. Kreuzt die Landstraße nach Rößnitz und dreht eine kleine Ehrenrunde über den angrenzenden Hügel. Anschließend gelangt ihr nach Rößnitz. Von Rößnitz fahrt ihr über einen Feldweg entlang des Rosenbachs. Ca. 500 m vorm Gasthof "Connys Bauernstube" kreuzt ihr den Bach und fahrt dann wieder zurück bis zu einem Abzweig, der euch steil bergauf über Waldwege aus dem Tal führt. Angekommen an der Landstraße nach Leubnitz folgt Ihr dieser bergab um im Tal wieder rechts auf den Waldweg bergauf zur Reiboldruh zu biegen. Kurz vor Reiboldsruh biegt Ihr links ab und dreht eine kleine Ehrenrunde über das gemäßigte Endstück dieses langen Anstiegs, um anschließend dem Weg weiter geradeaus zu folgen. Es folgen durchwachsene Anstiege und Abfahrten auf Wald- und Feldwegen nach Fasendorf. Von dort folgt Ihr der Straße nach Mehlteuer. Durchquert Mehlteuer auf der Hauptstraße und biegt kurz vor der Kuppe des Berges links auf den Waldweg zur Gaststätte "Kleinamerika". Nach der Überquerung der Eisenbahngleise folgt Ihr diesen bis nach Syrau und dann weiter entlang der Bahnlinie zum Essigsteig und wieder zurück zum Startpunkt.

Crossing flour Expensive on the main road and turn just before the top of the hill turn left onto the forest road to the restaurant & quot; Little America & quot ;. After crossing the railroad tracks you follow this up by Syrau and then continue along the railway line for vinegar trail and back to the starting point.
