Schöne Trainingsrunde durch den Ruheforst. Ich starte in Neudorf am Sportplatz und fahre am Wald entlang bis nach Eilhausen.Dort überquere ich halblinks und wieder rechts die Straße in Richtung Kohlgrund. Immer weiter am Wald entlang bis zum Wasserrad nach Udorf. Von dort geht es berauf bis auf die Höhe. Links ab Richtung Ruheforst.Dann rechts durch den Ruheforst bis zur Straße.Ein kleines Stück rechts folgen und dann links in den Wald. Eine schöne Abfahrt bis kurz vor Schmillinghausen. Hier biege ich links ab und fahre dann in den zweiten Weg bergauf. Durch ein herrliches Tal gelange ich wieder auf die Höhenstraße Eilhausen-Helsen. Es geht rechts kurz über die Straße, bevor es wieder rechts und sofort links in den Wald geht. Eine herrliche Waldpassage bis zum nächsten Feldweg. Geradeaus bis zur Abzweigung links (Boxcamp ).Durch die Felder, am Sportplatz Rhoden vorbei, bis zur BAB Raststätte Biggenkopf. Hier geht es links, dann wieder rechts und immer weiter den Höhenweg bis ich wieder die Straße erreiche. Kurz links und wieder rechts fahren. Dann erreiche ich wieder den Abzweig in den Wald. Hier fahre ich ein Stück den Hinweg zurück. Weiter geht es geradeaus, bis ich eine rasante Abfahrt zum Ausgangspunkt nehme.

Beautiful round of training by the Ruheforst. I start in Neudorf at the sports ground and drive along the wood until after Eilhausen.Dort I cross half left and then right up the road towards carbon base. Keep on along the wood until after Udorf waterwheel. From there it goes uphill to the height. Follow links from Ruheforst.Dann direction right through the Ruheforst to Straße.Ein little bit right and then left into the forest. A nice departure until shortly before Schmillinghausen. Here I turn to the left and then go into the second path uphill. Through a beautiful valley I get back on the high road Eilhausen-Helsen. It's right just over the road before it turn right and immediately left goes into the forest. A magnificent forest passage to the next lane. Straight and exit left (Boxcamp) .Through the fields at the sports ground Rhoden past, to the motorway service area Bigge head. Here it goes left, then back to the mountain trail until I reach the right and continues the road. Go short the left and right again. Then I get back to the branch in the forest. Here I go back a bit the way there. Continue straight until I take a rapid descent to the starting point.
