Kurze MTB-Tour, die in Plauen am Preißelpöhl beginnt und von dort direkt ins Elstertal führt. Nach einem kurzen Single-Trail entlang der Weißen Elster wird auf Höhe der Gaststätte "Zum Lochbauer" zuerst die Eisenbahnlinie und anschließend die Weiße Elster überquert. Es folgt der längste Anstieg der Tour über ca. 3 km zum Mosenturm. Von diesem hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Talsperre Pöhl, sowie das Trieb- und Elstertal. Vom Mosenturm führt eine kleine Treppenpassage herunter auf das Talsperrenniveau. Für fahrtechnisch versierte Mountainbiker ist dieses Stück fahrbar. Von der Staumauer geht es vorbei an der Dampferanlegestelle und dem Freibad in Richtung Altensalz. Die asphaltierten Fußwege werden nach der Hälfte des Abschnitts zu Waldwegen die breit genug für 2 Radfahrer sind. Von Altensalz aus folgt man dem Anstieg in Richtung Voigtsgrün (Straße) und fährt dann auf der Straße weiter nach Plauen. Im Tal angekommen biegt man rechts in den Voigtsgrüner Wald ein, wo ein kurzer schneller Single Trail wartet. Über den Feldweg entlang der Dresdner Straße gelangt man zur letzten Abfahrt nach Altchrieschwitz. Hier beginnt der finale Anstieg, der über die Hammberbrücke und die Chamissostr. entlang führt. Biegt man am Endpunkt der Route rechts ab und folgt der Reißigerstraße noch 200 m gelangt man zurück an den Startpunkt der Tour. !!Achtung!! Die Tour weicht an manchen Stellen um ca. 20 m von den vorhandenen Wanderwegen ab. Grund war schlechter Satellitenempfang am Aufzeichnungstag. Bei Gelegenheit, wird die Strecke noch einmal genauer aufgezeichnet.
