Start unserer Tour ist Bad Arolsen. Am Schlossteich vorbei geht es bergab bis zum Fischhaus. Nach der Bahn biegen wir links ab und fahren geradeaus in den ersten Trail. Meist am Waldrand entlang bis wir nach Külte kommen.Im Linksbogen um den Teich herum und weiter bis nach Herbsen. Dort kurz rechts an der Kreuzung.Danach biegen wir links in einen steilen Anstieg ein. Es geht knackig hoch. Oben werden wir mit einer schönen Hochebene, sowie mit tollen Ausblicken belohnt.Nach einer rasanten Abfahrt kommen wir auf die zweite Höhe. Hier müssen wir uns im Wald immer links halten, bis wir wieder zur Landstraße kommen. Durch Welda geht es und danach bergauf und über die Höhe. Über dem Segelflugplatz Dehausen und dem Gegenhang kommen wir an dem Jugend/Boxcamp vorbei, bevor es wieder in den Wald geht. Bergauf und bergab über Eilhausen und Udorf geht es über die Höhe zurück nach Bad Arolsen. In der Erinnerung behalten wir eine wunderschöne Landschaft mit ebenso schönen Fernsichten.
