Von Kirchheim geht es über Jesingen und Ohmden auf gut befestigten Radwegen nach Aichelberg. Ab dort geht es dann den Berg aufwärts durch die Stadt Aichelberg durch. Danach entlang an der Autobahn A8 auf einer Schotterpiste den Berg hinauf, die A8 überqueren und weiter auf einem Schotterweg zum 'Deutschen Haus' hinauf. Gegenüber vom 'Deutschen Haus' geht ein grober Feldweg hinauf zum Bossler (sehr steil und ruppige Bodenverhältnisse). Auf einigermaßen guten Waldwegen geht es dann ein gutes Stück eben weiter. Dann kommt nochmal ein hartes Stück. Auf einem schmalen Pfad mit vielen Steinen und hohen Wurzeln geht es dann recht steil und rassant abwärts bis zu einem gut befahrbaren Schotterweg. Dieser führt nach Häringen. Durch Häringen durch geht es dann nach Pfundhardt. Zum Schluss noch an der Limburg vorbei nach Nabern und zurück nach Kirchheim.

Kirchheim it goes Jesingen and Ohmden on good paved bike paths according Aichelberg. From there it goes up the mountain through the city Aichelberg by. Then on to the A8 highway on a gravel road up the hill, cross the A8 and continue on a dirt road to the 'German House' up. Opposite the 'German House' is a rough dirt road up to the Bossler (very steep and rough ground conditions). On reasonably good forest trails a good deal it is then just continue. Then again is a hard piece. On a narrow path with many stones and roots high it goes quite steep and rassant down to a good motorable dirt road. This leads to the pegs. By pegs through it then goes pound Hardt. Finally, at the Limburg over after nabern and back to Kirchheim.
