Von HI Itzum auf den Galgenberg, weiter auf den Kämmen des Knebelberges und des Vorholz. Einen Kaffee gab es auf dem Campingplatz Derneburg und zurück neben der Innerste zur Marienburger Höhe, Mittag in der Südklause.. ;-) Auf den Kämmen ist es technisch teilweise anspruchsvoll und im Vorholz meist etwas schlammig, macht aber viel Spaß weil es mehrere Kilometer echtes MTB ist. Wald und Grasboden: 80% Asphalt und Schotter: 20%

HI Itzum on the Gallows Hill, continue on the ridges of the mountain and the gag Vorholz. A coffee was at the campsite Derneburg and back beside the innermost for Marie Burger height, lunch in the Sudklause ..;-) on the ridges it is technically partially demanding and usually somewhat muddy in Vorholz, but a lot of fun because there are several kilometers true MTB is. Forest and Grassland: 80% asphalt and gravel: 20%
