Framersbach - Lohr - Steinbach - durch das Buchental nach Maria Buchen - steiler Anstieg hinauf - überqueren der Staatsstraße und dem Schotterweg (Radweg) nach Waldzell folgen - am Ortseingang rechts zur Gertraudenkapelle - ab hier dem Wanderweg (roter Punkt) über Ansbach - Roden - Karbach bis nach Marktheidenfeld folgen. Zurück am Main entlang nach Lohr und den Talradweg nach Frammersbach.

Framersbach - Lohr - Steinbach - by Buchental by Maria Book - steep climb up - cross the main road and the dirt road (bike path) of forest cells follow - at the entrance right to Gertraud chapel - from here the trail (red dot) & nbsp; over Ansbach - Roden - Karbach up to Marktheidenfeld follow. Back along the Main to Lohr and the Talradweg after Frammersbach.
