Vom Parkplatz in Wallgau ( kurz nach Ortseinfahrt von Kochel kommend, gebührenfrei! ) gehts gemütlich der Mautstrasse bis Vorderriß weiter nach Fall über die Sylvensteinseebrücke bis Bundesstrasse wo man links abbiegt. Man folgt der Strasse etwas bergab und biegt vor der Isarbrücke links auf die Forststrasse der man bis Ortsteil Höfen folgt. Weiter den Waldwegen über Niggeln, Fleck, Erbhof folgen. Man überquert die Hauptstrasse und fährt den Forstweg bergan bis zur Staffelalm. Dort folgt man dem Schild Richtung Kochelsee. Achtung Wandersteig Radltragen oder für Könner ein toller Trail. Der Weg mündet nun bald wieder in einen Forstweg dem man bergab bis an eine Weggabelung bei der man links bergan bis zur Kotalm folgt. An der Alm vorbei gehts wieder nach Jachenau bis zum Ortsteil Fleck, hier zuvor rechts bergauf durch den Wilfetsgraben. Vorbei an Laineralm und Luitboldalm bis zum Galgenwurfsattel. An der Weggabelung links ( nicht Rechts nach Niedernach ) Richtung Isartal bergab, man mündet wieder auf die Mautstrasse der man bis zum Parkplatz folgt.

From the car park in Wallgau (coming shortly after entrance of Kochel, free of charge!) Go comfortably the toll road to Vorderriß further, to alert the Sylvensteinseebrücke to Federal Street where you turn left. Follow the road downhill slightly and turn in front of the Isar bridge left on the forest road which you follow to the district courts. Continue to follow the forest trails on Niggeln, stain, family farm. Cross the main road and drive uphill to the forest to Staffelalm. Where you follow the sign to Lake Kochel. Attention hiking trail Radltragen or for experts a fantastic trail. The path has now led again soon in a forest where one in which you follow down to a fork left uphill to Kotalm. On the Alm past go back to the village of Jachenau spot here before right uphill through the Wilfetsgraben. Passing Laineralm and Luitboldalm to the gallows throw saddle. Downhill at the fork to the left (not right after Niedernach) direction Isar valley, it flows back to the toll road which you follow to the parking lot.
