Trail Description

Since it is one of the längtsen days of the tour and the another 3 & frac12; Slide Wear hours are on the program, this day should be started early. In Tauerhaus hospital breakfast has been made already on Abdend previously ready for 6:30 clock, so that we could start at 7:00 clock us. From Tauerhaus it comes to the valley road further up to the Hintersee is reached. From here, the road that is still paved in the beginning but later on a dirt road is closed to motor traffic. IN 20 Return screwed this up for almost 800hm Brent Ling Mine, where today still stones to be broken. In the last bend we follow a right verlaufenen way up the slope, which is secured to the slope to the right by size blocks. If we have reached the end of which we keep the green Pfleilen along to the left and follow this for Outdoor terrace further up & ndash; until we find a wooden sign & bdquo; MTB & ldquo; . seen From here it goes into a steep grassy slope on small-trodden paths until after a longer wearing / sliding passage of the trail is reached 917. Once we have achieved this is now a passage partially mobile to Tauernbach again, but anschießend only and Sliding Bearing is overcome. Once the St. Pöltnerhütte is reached we have a Kaiserschmarn earned honestly and will soon be able to ride the bike and do not use as a climbing aid again. From the St. Pöltnerhütte the descent back to the start Tauerntal & ndash; yet a short piece sliding, later on a rough cart track downhill ZIrmkreuz direction. However, shortly before the Zirnkreuz we stay left at the height path path 512a direction Venedigerblick. Here begins again a little Scouting & ndash; we must instead the path 512 continues to follow downhill the fair Ling stream crossing and a little on the hillside across country move to a new gravel road down to South Station of the Tauern reach. Maybe this way is also finished in the summer of 2008 to the fair Ling Bach. We follow this path steeply downhill to the south end of the tunnel, from where we continue on the Tauerstrasse direction Matrei downhill (In matter there is for those people who when walking / wearing a cleat have lost at the cable car a Intersport shop, where one such for can buy a lot of money). Shortly after Matrei the bike path begins along the Tauern stream that later turns into the bike path along the Isel. From Lienz off along the road on to Leisach. We have stayed at the inn Leisacherhof in Leisach & ndash; However, you can be unterschiedlcher regarding the Gasthof opinion. Alternatives there are for example Lienz the beer cellar in Lienz.
