Die Ardningalm MTB Tour beginnt bei der Westeinfahrt von Ardning. Es sind bei der westlichen Ortseinfahrt von Ardning auch einige Parkplätze vorhanden. Zuerst fährt man mit dem Mountainbike in Ardning kurz vor dem Tennisplatz links hinauf über den Bahnübergang. Die MTB Tour zur Ardningalm ist sehr gut beschildert. Bis zum Ortsende von Ardning ist die Straße asphaltiert und danach beginnt ein schön angelegter Forstweg mit durchgehend gleichmäßiger Steigung von 10%.Nach 4,5 Kilometer erreicht man die Ardningalm auf 1040m bis zur der man auch mit dem Auto hochfahren könnte.

The Ardningalm MTB tour begins at the west entrance of Ardning. There are at the western entrance of Ardning also some parking available. First you go on a mountain bike in Ardning shortly before the court left up over the railway crossing. The MTB tour to Ardningalm is very well signposted. By the end of the village Ardning the road is paved and then a beautifully landscaped forest with continuous uniform slope of 10% .After begins 4.5 km you reach the Ardningalm to 1040m to the high you could also go with the car.
