Diese Tour ist eine Variante der Tour 19996 (von Steinberg übers Wimmerjoch). Anstatt übers Wimmerjoch fahren wir aber zu Anderl's Almhütte und dann über den Ameiskogel zurück nach Steinberg. Tourbeschreibung Die Tour führt auf dem Adlerweg nach kurzem Anstieg 10 km bergab Richtung Pinegg. Nach der Abfahrt stößt man auf eine Straße, die man rechts nach Aschau befährt. Es geht auf dieser kleinen, wenig befahrenen Teerstraße knapp 500 hm bergauf. Beim Bauernhof Wimmer folgt man dem Wegweiser links Richtung Anderl's Almhütte (manchmal auch Andal's Jausenstation ) weitere 370 hm auf bester Forststraße bergauf zur Hütte. Nach Rast auf der Hütte fährt man weiter auf dem Hauptweg bis zur Labeggalm. Bei einer Almhütte zeigt ein kleiner gelber Wegweiser nach rechts Richtung Steinberg, dem man an der Hütte vorbei folgt. Hier wartet ein schöner Trial zum Ameiskogel, der von routinierten Bikern durchweg fahrbar ist. Wer lieber schiebt, kann stattdessen die grandiose Landschaft genießen. Es wird also nicht langweilig. Auf dem Ameiskogel wird man mit einem 360°-Panorama auf die Berge der Region belohnt: Rofan, Guffert, hinteres Sonnwendjoch usw. Man stößt etwas unterhalb des Hügels auf einen groben und sehr steilen Karrenweg, den man bis zur Enteralm bergab fährt oder schiebt. Von der Enteralm geht es zunächst weiter auf einem Karrenweg hinunter zum Adlerweg. Man fährt nach links und gelangt schließlich ins Tal der Grundache. Dort folgt man dem Wegweiser in Richtung Schmalzklausenalm nach links. Jetzt sind die letzten 100 hm zu überwinden, bevor es über Satteltal und Schönjochtal bergab zurück nach Steinberg geht. Zünftige Alm mit Traumblick bis zu den Tuxer und Kitzbüheler Alpen. Bis auf den Trial zum Ameiskogel und den Karrenweg zur Enteralm verläuft die Tour auf besten Forstwegen bzw. Teerstraßen. Hinweis In der Kompasskarte 027 - Achensee ist Anderl's Almhütte falsch eingezeichnet. Der Trial zum Ameiskogel startet also nicht direkt hinter der Hütte sondern etwas weiter bergauf bei der Labeggalm. Die Forststraße von Steinberg nach Pinegg ist für den PKW-Verkehr freigegeben. Man begegnet zwar äußerst selten Autos, sollte aber besonders vor Kurven aufpassen. Update Juli 2011: Der schöne Trail zum Ameiskogel wird offenbar durch eine Forststraße ersetzt, wir sind die ersten Meter schon darauf gefahren. Das meiste vom Trail besteht zwar noch aber ich fürchte, man wird den Forstweg weiter ausbauen. Schade.
