Start in Praden, auf der Teerstraße hoch nach Tschiertschen, in der Ortschaft links, dann wieder links, immer bergauf, Usser Urden, Inner Urden, bald kann man nicht mehr fahren, nur noch stossen, Urdensee, und dann stoßen bis zur Hörnlihütte. Dort Rast und etwas essen. An der Seilbahnstation startet die ausgewiesene DownHill – Strecke, die man runterrumpelt, wer will kann hier über ein paar Rampen springen, über den Bach usw. (Ifang), unten an der Teerstraße links, bald wieder links, am Hotel dann rechts auf den Fußpfad Richtung Kapelle, Friedhof, eine Steilpassage hoch und dann den Feldweg zur Mittelstation der Weisshornbahn. An nun der Wegweisung Ochsenalp folgen, Schotterweg, ab Ochsenalp schmaler Schotterweg, bis Tschiertschen. Dort wieder ein Stück hoch, in der Kehre rechts in den Waldweg, Wegweisung Praden, bis Ende Waldweg, 3 hm hoch, dann rechts hinab auf dem Singletrail, später schmaler Weg bis nach Praden.
