Trail Description

Tour goes from Graz via the Ranach the European Marathon to Gratwein. The track is a trail to ride from Höchwirt. Once in Gratwein, it goes to Rein (Rein) and then up through a forest towards Plesch. The last few meters of the Plesch we went on asphalt. There is also a signposted route (Alpentour) via a footpath on the Plesch, but this is difficult to drive. The descent from the Plesch (after snack at Pleschwirt) we have then selected a hiking trail in the direction of Stainz. Then follow the road to St. Oswald / Plankenwarth. If you have since happened castle, then a steep path going soon right on the mountain. From there you follow a trail again, to Thal / Gösting. This can easily be moved as forest road or even later than singletrack. The trail is quite steep and covered tightly. If you do not want to drive can follow the forest road on. With a little local knowledge to get even so to Runie and again in the Graz city center.
