Eine tolle Tour mit 2 langen Aufstiegen zum Hohloturm und zum Badner Turm. Von Gernsbach über Nachtigal hinunter ins Murgtal. Aufstieg mit einer extrem steilen Rampe, die für gut trainierte allerdings fahrbar ist. Im Notfall kann man auch schieben, sollte man aber nicht. Über den Mittelweg (bei trockenem Wetter ein grandioser Singletrail der es, wenn es naß ist in sich hat. Böse Zungen behaupten, dass sich manche Mountainbiker gerne in Wildschweinkulen legen.) Abfahrt ins Murgtal und über den Murgtalradweg nach Forbach über die längste freitragende Holzbrücke Deutschlands. Auffahrt, teils steil, teils mäßig zur Badener Höhe mit dem dazugehörigen Turm. Endlich knacken wir auch mal die 1000 Meter Marke, denn der Badner Turm steht auf 1002 Meter Höhe. Schöne Abfahrt zur Roten Lache mit Einkehrmöglichkeit und weiter zur Nachtigall zurück nach Gernsbach zum Ausgangspunkt.
