Sehr schöne Einsteigerrunde auf den traumhaften Trails rund um den Trasimensosee. Der Start befindet sich, wie auch bei den 4 anderen beschriebenen Touren, bei unserem Feriendomizil zwischen Monte del Lago und Magione (Montecolognola). Ich hatte keine Lust, mit dem Auto verschiedene Startpunkte anzufahren…es hat sich aber gezeigt, dass unser Ausgangspunkt ein wirklich guter für schöne MTB-Touren ist. Auf der Strasse R. Monte del Lago geht links ein Weg ab (Casella), hier dann direkt wieder links (MTB)…und schon geht’s los. Feldwege mit Aussicht, unglaublich viele Fasane und Kaninchen am frühen Morgen. Die Wegevielfalt ist enorm und nicht annähernd auf einer Kompass-Karte zu finden. Ich denke ich habe hier eine nette Route durch einen anschließenden Eichen-Wald gefunden. Der Trail spuckt dich in Montecolognola wieder aus. Hier einen Schlenker zum Castell hoch (tolle Aussicht),über einen Feldweg runter nach Torricella. Eine steile aspaltierte Strasse folgt (20%), kurz danach auf einem Feldweg weiter bergan auf einen Weg der in der Kompass-Karte (und auch so hier und da auf dem Trail) mit Nr. 2 gekennzeichnet ist. Z.T. sehr schöne Passagen über felsige Abschnitte, alles jedoch für einen durchschnittlichen MTBer ohne Probleme zu fahren. Kurz nach einem Agritourismo hoch oben auf dem Hügel geht es über ein Schotterband runter zur Strasse. Über S. Vito runter an die SS75, von dort über die Strasse mit einem kleinen Abstecher nach Monte del Lago (sehr verträumt und ruhig) zurück zum Haus. Toller erster Eindruck!

Very nice entry-round on the beautiful trails around the Trasimensosee. The start is, as with the four other tours described in our holiday home between Monte del Lago and Magione (Montecolognola). I had no desire to move to different starting points with the car ... but it has been shown that our starting point is a really good for nice mountain bike tours. On the road R. Monte del Lago left is a path from (Casella), here then immediately left again (MTB) ... and off you go. Lanes with views, an incredible number of pheasants and rabbits in the early morning. The way diversity is enormous and not nearly be found on a compass card. I think I have a nice route found by a subsequent oak forest. The trail spits you out in Montecolognola again. Here a detour to Castell high (great views), on a dirt road down to Torricella. A steep tarmac road follows (20%), is short then continue uphill on a dirt road in a way that in the compass card (as well as here and there on the trail) with no. 2. Z.T. very beautiful passages over rocky sections, but everything to ride for an average MTBer without problems. Shortly after an agritourism high up on the hill there is a gravel strip down to the street. S. Vito down to the SS75, from there on the street with a small detour to Monte del Lago (very dreamy and quiet) back to the house. Great first impression!
