Dese route start in het dorp Saint-Florent in het Noorden van Corsica. Het eerste stuk van de route klim je over de D81 richting Casta. Je wordt hier beloond met schitterende uitzichten over de zee en over de "Desert des Agriates", een uitgestorven gebied tussen de D81 en de zee. Achter Casta ga je van de verharde weg af over een zandpad richting de zee. Deze weg is mountainbiking pur sang, en zal het uiterste van je materiaal vergen: de route is snel, doch zeer rotsig. De weg blijft dalen tot aan de plage Seleccia, een strand dat je alleen maar in de stille zuidzee verwacht. Nadeel van dit alles, is dat je dezelfde weg weer terug moet. Vooral de 10km "zandpad" vergt veel. Het gebied waar je doorheen fietst is magnifiek, maar zeer droog, dus denk aan voldoende water. Op sommige punten waan je je zelfs ergens in de Australische outback, waardoor dit met recht een paradijselijke tocht genoemd mag worden!
