Il tour in buona parte ripercorre l'itinerario inserito da Zio Teddy Mugello extrem. Differisce la partenza da Grezzano invece che Ronta, il fatto che non si percorre un metro di asfalto e la discesa dal crinale fatta dal 36/A molto impegnativo anche e forse in particolar modo nel breve tratto in discesa da fare con bici in spalla, molto hard. Per il resto bellissima discesa impegnativa.
Arrivati al crinale a sx poi dopo il st che arriva ad Osteto prima di Moscheta a sx per le Lame e poi a dx superando una sbarra. Al rif Serra a sx fino al Giogarello e di nuovo a Moscheta. Riprendere la strada per le Lame ma questa volta dritti fino al crinale e poi a sx fino all'imbocco del 36A a sx.
ATTENZIONE!! Primo tratto in discesa del 36/A impossibile in bici, esposto e difficile anche a piedi con bici al seguito. Da non fare dopo periodo piovoso.
