Trail Description

The path "short but intense" is developed around the Abbey of Sassovivo (for those who do not know it is recommended to visit). It 'a very technical course, but not impossible, both uphill and downhill single track featuring exciting. The single track that runs along the top and then you go over the end of the ride downhill, is called the "powder keg" because nearby there is' an old abandoned military depot.
The departure from Foligno area Florence Avenue, continue to Sassovivo via Piave, past the freeway via the pedestrian bridge and begin the climb and through the single track "The Powder" to reach the Abbey of Sassovivo (there's a story of area that says, "You know you go to Mountain Bike only if you do the Gunpowder without touching feet to the ground!" - try it). Abbey (water supply), go to town on asphalt Casale. Once in Casale, about 100m before we turn left and go up again and you are immersed in the woods soon. It actually turns around the mountain that dominates the plain of Foligno. You are returned to the abbey after various vicissitudes of single track, first uphill, then downhill, uphill again, and finally on a technical descent and just as much fun with slopes greater than 40% (for experts) called "the Humps." The landscape and the abbey are spectacular.
