Tour auf Straße auf den Ort Monte Mezzo (wenig Verkehr ab Gera Lario), dann auf dem VML Wanderweg nach Tabiadello (mit kurzen Schiebe-Tragepassage, ca. 70hm). In Agrino geht der Track auf einem alten (und damit schlechten) Wander/Steinweg nach Domaso. Man kann dort auch der Teerstraße ins Tal fahren (und den schweren Weg ins Tal auslassen -> alternativer Aufstieg). Mein Bike hat seit dieser Tour lose Speichen (knarren) wegen der vielen Stufen. Trotz häufigem Absteigen (mangels ausreichender Technik und Hindernissen im Weg) fand ich diesen Abstieg gut. In Monte Mezzo ginge der fahrbare Weg rechts weiter, vorbei am Gleitschirmstartplatz bis auf ca. 1400m. Im Touristenbüro gibt es den kostenlosen Mountainbikeführer. Hier ist der Weg Domaso/Tabiadello / Aurogna beschrieben, hier aber besser wieder hoch nach Caino. Tour on the road to Monte Mezzo (little traffic from Gera Lario), then on the VML trail to Tabiadello (with short shift-carrying passage about 70hm). In Agrino the track goes on an old (and bad) Hiking / Steinweg to Domaso. They also do the tar road to the valley (and the hard way to skip to the valley -> alternative ascent). My bike has since this tour loose spokes (creak) because of the many levels. Despite frequent dismounting (lack of adequate technology and obstacles in the way) I found this descent well. In Monte Mezzo the mobile way would the right, past the paraglider launch site to about 1400m. In the tourist office there is a free mountain guide. Here the path Domaso / Tabiadello / Aurogna is described here but better back up by Caino.
