Swiss Singletrail Maps (www.singletrailmap.ch) sind vielen schweizer Bikern ein Begriff. Aus der Karte -Luzern- sollte es ein Track mit möglichst hohem, anspruchvollem (rotem) Trailanteil sein. Aufgrund der vorliegenden Schneelage sollte der Track sich eher flach halten. Vorweg gesagt: Für aktive Alpcrosser ist der Schwierigkeitsgrad des Tracks eher eine Aufwärmrunde, für Gelegenheitsbiker mit seinen knapp 100km eigentlich zu lang. Knifflig sind nur ca. 50 Meter verteilt auf zwei "Schlüsselstellen". Los gehts am Reuss-Parkplatz Nähe Perlen, über Rothenburg, Hellbühl, Buttisholz runter nach Sursee. Auf der anderen Seite erst hoch nach Ämmewil, dann runter nach Eich, wieder hoch Richtung Römerswil und über Hildisrieden wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Richtig schöne Trails gibts höchstens auf ca. 2% der Gesamtstrecke. Der Rest sind Wirtschaftwege, Strasse, betonierte Rampen oder Wiesen. Ob auf den Wiesen wirklich mal ein Weg vorhanden war, wirft ernste Zweifel auf. Auch führen einige kurze Stücke durch meterhohes Gestrüpp mit ordentlich Brennesselanteil und Dornenbüschen. Dafür führt einen der Track durch abwechslungsreiche Landschaft mit phantastischen Aussichtspunkten.

Due to the present situation of the snow track should hold rather flat. Said in advance: For active Alpcrosser the difficulty of the track is more of a warm-up lap, for casual bikers with just under 100km actually too long. Tricky just 50 meters distributed in two "key points". Performances begin on parking near Reuss-pearls, about Rothenburg, Hellbühl, Buttisholz down to Sursee. On the other hand only go up to Ämmewil, then down to calibration, back up towards Römerswil and Hildisrieden back to the starting point. Really nice trails there a maximum at about 2% of the total distance. The rest are rural roads, streets, concrete ramps or meadows. Whether a road was really time available in the meadows, raises serious doubts. Also some short pieces through meter-high scrub with neat nettle share and thorn bushes. For this, does one of the track through a varied landscape with fantastic views.
