Start bei bei der Anzenbachmündung ("Anzenbachschranken", Nationalpark Infohütte): rechts über die Brücke, auf der Schotterstraße weiter und durch einen Tunnel. - Bei der ehem. Mairalm rechts abzweigen, über den Plaißabach und an einer Hütte vorbei ins Tal des Großen Baches zurück. - Nach ca. 1km an der Mündung des Wilden Grabens vorbei, durch zwei Tunnels. - Nach 2,3 km an der Abzweigung der MTB Route zum Wasserboden vorbei. - Durch zwei Tunnels (dazwischen die Große Klause) und an der Klaushütte (Rastplatz) vorbei. - Bei der Abzweigung der MTB-Strecke Richtung "Brunnbach" - geradeaus durch das Tal des Großen Baches weiter. - Beim Rastplatz Annerlsteg über den Bach und durch drei bis zu 340 m lange, tw. beleuchtete Tunnels (dazwischen Einblicke in die Große Schlucht). - Nach dem dritten Tunnel links abzweigen. Über die Brücke, durch einen weiteren Tunnel und über den Schwarzen Bach. - Nach 400 m am Schleierfall vorbei, später nochmals über den Bach und durch drei kürzere Tunnels. - Bei der Saigerinmündung links nach Weißwasser. - Nach 300 m bei einer alten Garage scharf links abzweigen, die bis zu 15% steile Forststraße hinauf und an der Jagdhütte vorbei. - Nach 1 km rechts abbiegen, an der ehem. Aschaueralm und an der Wiese des einstigen Weißwasserbauern vorbei. - Nach ca. 2km scharf links abzweigen, über eine Anhöhe und um den Sonnberg herum. - Nach 1,5 km rechts, nach 1 km gerade über die Kreuzung. Nach einem Schranken über die Wiesen der Anlaufbodenalm. - (982 m) Anlaufbodenalm, Umkehrpunkt. - Auf der gleichen Route zurück, nach 3,4 km jedoch links aufwärts. - Vom Hirschkogelsattel (Infotafel) links abwärts und alle Abzweigungen ignorieren. An der Eibeckhütte vorbei, dann in steiler Abfahrt über den Eibeckgraben zum Plaißabach hinunter und nach 3,5 km flacher nach Brunnbach hinaus. Über den Parkplatz und auf der Asphaltstraße am Gasthaus Stonits vorbei. - Bei der Kreuzung in Brunnbach links in den Plaißagraben abzweigen. Nach 300 m bei der Abzweigung rechts Richtung Brennhöhe hinauf. - Auf asphaltierten Güterweg nach Anzenbach und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt beim Anzenbacher Schranken.

Start with at the Anzenbachmündung ("Anzenbachschranken" National Park Info hut): Right across the bridge, on the gravel road and through a tunnel. - Turn right In the former Mairalm, on the Plaißabach and at a lodge over the valley of the Great Brook back.. - After about 1km at the mouth of the Wild trench over, through two tunnels. - After 2.3 km at the junction of the MTB route to ground water over. - By two tunnels (between the Great Hermitage) and past the hut Klaus (resting place). - Continue straight through the valley of the Great Brook - At the junction of the MTB route direction "Brunnbach". - When resting place Annerlsteg over the creek and through three up to 340 m long, tw. illuminated tunnel (between insights into the Grand Canyon). - After the third branch tunnel on the left. Cross the bridge and through another tunnel and over the Black Brook. - After 400 m on over veil case, it again over the creek and through three shorter tunnels. - When Saigerinmündung left to white water. - Branch off after 300 m at an old garage sharp left that up to 15% steep forest road and at the hunting lodge over. - Turn right after 1 km, past the former Aschaueralm and on the lawn of the former white water farmers.. - Branch off sharply after about 2km left, around a hill and around the Sun Mountain. - After 1.5 km turn right after 1 km straight through the intersection. After a barrier across the meadows of Anlaufbodenalm. - (982 m) Anlaufbodenalm, reversal point. - On the same route back, but left after 3.4 km upstream. - From Hirschkogel saddle (information board) left down and ignore all branches. Flat out to Brunnbach at the Eibeckhütte over, then down a steep descent over the Eibeckgraben to Plaißabach and 3.5 km. Across the parking lot and on the asphalt road to the guest house Stonits over. - Turn left in the Plaißagraben At the crossroads in Brunnbach. After 300 m, take the turn right towards internal height up. - On paved access road after Anzenbach and back to the starting point at Anzenbacher barriers.
