Salita su asfalto sino al rifugio dove è possibile mangiare un buon frico, o perlomeno bersi una birra! discesa su sentiero, non sempre ciclabile, sino in Val Saisera. da qui si rientra passando per Valbruna e, prima di giungere sulla Statale, imboccando sulla sx la ciclabile realizzata sulla sede della ex ferrovia. all'epoca del percorso (08/2008) la ciclabile portava solamente sino a Pontebba e dopo bisognava rientrare sluno la statale. da percorrere in senso antiorario.

Ascent on asphalt up to the refuge where you can eat a good Frico, or at least have a beer! descent path, not always path, until Val Saisera. from here you fall through Valbruna and, before reaching the State, taking on the left the path created on the seat of the former railway. at the time of the course (08/2008) the only path leading up to Pontefract and later had to go back sluno the state. to go counterclockwise.
