Die Aufzeichnung erfolgte mit Garmin 60CSx und die Nachbearbeitung mit Touratech QV4. Diese Tour führt durch eine ganz tolle Landschaft und ist durch die 473 Höhenmetern auch fahrerisch interessant. Es geht überwiegend durch den Wald und entlang der Anger. Vom Parkplatz unter der A44 startet man Richtung Ratingen. Der Hin- und Rückweg führt am Randgebiet von Ratingen bis zur Anger. Bevorzugte Richtung ist entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn - also an der Streckenteilung rechts fahren. Bevor man die Anger erreicht, muss man ein kleines Stück schieben, da auch hier der Sturm Kyrill seine Spuren hinterlassen hat. An der Anger angelangt geht es stromaufwärts über schöne Wege mit einigen Steigungen und unter die tolle Autobahnbrücke der A 52. Nach der Überquerung der Anger geht es bergauf bis zur Lichtung am Höseler Golfplatz. Am Rande des Golfplatzes geht es wieder zurück Richtung Anger - die man nach einem schönen Downhill Trail wieder erreicht. Stromabwärts geht es mit einigen zusätzlichen Höhenmetern bis zur Auermühle. Hier gibt es eine gute Einkehrmöglichkeit. Von hier geht es noch einmal bergauf und auf dem gleichen Weg zur Autobahn wieder zurück. Wer zum Ende noch ein zweites Mal Einkehren möchte, der fährt über dem Startpunkt 200 m hinaus bis zum "Bauerngarten im Schwarzbachtal". Hier kann man auf der Terrasse zum Abschluss noch einen Latte Macchiato und ein Stück Kuchen genießen.
