Il tratto iniziale percorre un bellissimo single track che immerso nella pineta risale la valle sulla sinistra orografica del torrente; in caso di acqua abbondante è preferibile anticiparne l'attraversamento sul ponte 1/2 Km prima del guado.
La salita offre poi splendidi panorami su tre valli diverse, e la prima parte in discesa si svolge sul sentiero 631 immerso in uno splendido bosco. La rimanente discesa ripercorre l'itinerario della salita, eventualmente accorciato attraverso un sentiero che interseca più volte.

The first section runs through a beautiful single track that goes up the valley surrounded by pine trees on the left bank of the river; in the case of plenty of water is preferable to anticipate crossing the bridge 2.1 km before the ford.
then climb offers spectacular views on three different valleys, and in the first part of the descent takes place on the path set in a beautiful 631 woods. The remaining descent traces the route of the climb, possibly shortened by a path that intersects several times.
