Park alla diga del lago di montespluga -accendere gps-
Dirigersi a monte eppoi a sx verso il Rif.Bertacchi (c'e' una palina indicatrice).
Girare a sx 100 metri prima di arrivare al Rifugio e salire al passo di Emet o Niemet raggiungibile in circa 30 minuti di bici a spinta
Da qui inizia la lunga discesa verso Innerferrera ;inizialmente la discesa non e' molto ciclabile , ma non è mai pericolosa.
Ad un certo punto , si giunge ad un incrocio :da qui inizia la salita (sx) che poi ci portera al passo dello Spluga

Head upstream and besides left towards the Rif.Bertacchi (there 'a pole indicator).
Turn left 100 meters before reaching the hut and climb pace of Emet or Niemet reached in about 30 minutes Pushing
From here begins the long descent towards Innerferrera; initially the descent is not 'very path, but it is never dangerous.
At one point, you come to a crossroads: from here begins the climb (left), who then will take us to the Splügen
