Hallo zusammen, heute eine sensationelle Tour auf den Kehlstein, Eckersattel und Roßfeld. Mit Sicherheit eine der schönsten Touren die ich je gefahren bin, die Tour verläuft zu ca. 70 Prozent auf Teerstraßen, lasst euch aber davon nicht abschrecken, denn dies sind alte Militärwege, die sich traumhaft noch oben schlängeln. Das Panorama auf dieser Tour, hätte sogar noch mehr als 5 Sterne verdient, Watzmann, Hoher Göll, Untersberg und viele mehr, zeigen sich von ihrer besten Seite. Vom Parkplatz auf den Kehlstein kann man in ca. 15 min noch zum Gipfel aufsteigen, Teerweg, aber man muss mit vielen Leuten rechnen, aber wenn man schon oben ist sollte man diese 100HM noch auf sich nehmen. Allerdings sollte man sein Fahrradschloss nicht vergessen. Grober Tourverlauf: Obersalzberg - Scharitzkehl Alm - Kehlstein - Eckersattel - Ahorn Alm - Roßfeld - Obersalzberg Wegbeschaffenheit: Asphalt 9,5km, asphaltierter Radweg 13,4km, Schotter 4,6km, Waldweg und Trail 3,4km Einkehr: Obere Ahorn Alm - Kiosk am Roßfeld - Kehlsteinhaus - Berggasthof Obersalzberg - Scharitzkehlalm Charakter: Bis zur Scharitzkehl Alm leicht, bis zum WP "bis hier her leicht..." etwas schwerer aber immer noch einfach, Kehlsteinauffahrt steil, Eckersattelauffahrt ziemlich steil, Ahornalmauffahrt extrem steil, hier braucht man extrem viel Kraft in den Beinen, Abfahrt Roßfeld auf Trail für erfahrene Biker durchgehend fahrbar, Einsteiger im Zweifel schieben. Zur Tour: Start am PP Dokumentationszentrum Obersalzberg (Tagesticket 3 Euro), PP verlassen und auf der Hauptstraße Richtung Hinterbrand/Jenner Mittelstation fahren, bei Wegweiser Scharitzkehlalm links abbiegen, an der Alm vorbei, jetzt gehts bergauf auf alten Militärwegen, teilweise sieht man noch Felswände die weggesprengt wurden. Bis zum WP "bis hier her leicht..." immer wieder mal bergab und wieder bergauf, ab den WP wird´s dann steil, ein kurzes Stück auf Schotter, dann aber gleich wieder Teer. Durchgehend steil bis zum PP Kehlstein. Jetzt geht es auf gleichen Weg wieder bergab, vorbei an der Abzweigung wo man in der Abfahrt hergekommen ist. Solange weiter bis man auf die Roßfeldstraße trifft, dieser folgen wir jetzt ein Stück bergauf. Jetzt kommt das Finale. Beim WP "hier rechts auf Forststraße..." rechts abbiegen und die steile Schotterauffahrt zum Eckersattel in Angriff nehmen, teilweise ziemlich ruppige Forststraße, aber gut fahrbahr, hier ist es schon mal richtig steil, am Eckersattel angekommen, kurz das Panorama genießen und dann eine sehr steile Rampe hoch zur Ahornalm antreten. Hier kommt nur der rauf, der richtig Kraft in den Beinen hat, jeder andere schiebt hier. Oben trifft man dann wieder auf die Roßfeldstraße. Rechts halten kurz bergauf, dann links zur Ahornalm. Hier hat man sich dann eine Stärkung verdient. Jetzt rechts vorbei an der Alm auf einen Pfad rüber bis man wieder die Roßfeldstraße erreicht, auf dieser fahren wir jetzt ein Stück. Man kommt zum höchsten Punkt der Straße genießen noch kurz die Abfahrt auf der Roßfeldstraße bis man zum WP "hier links auf Pfad..." kommt, hier muss man aufpassen das man nicht vorbei rennt. Jetzt folgt ein mittelschwerer Trail runter bis kurz vorm Ausgangspunkt. Am Schluss locker ausrollen auf Teer-Nebenstraßen. Fazit: Sensationelle Tour, tolles Panorama, zwei steile Anstieg (Kehlstein ca. 910HM, Ahornalm ca. 420HM), geile Abfahrten Solltet ihr sie nachfahren, würd ich mich über euere Eindrücke per Kommentar freuen. Noch was: Wie ein Adlerhorst thront das Kehlsteinhaus auf einem Felsspron hoch über Berchtesgaden. Das heutige Berggasthof zeugt als ehemaliges NS-Quartier vom traurigsten Kapitel in der deutschen Geschichte. Über 300000 Touristen aus aller Welt besuchen das Kehlsteinhaus jedes Jahr. Sie werden in Buskolonnen über die Südrampe zum Gipfel gekarrt. Biker sollten sich von diesem Rummel jedoch nicht täuschen lassen, denn abseits des Hauptstroms begegnet man überraschend wenigen Menschen. Der Sockel des Kehlsteins ist überzogen von einem Netz historischer Militärstraßen. Die kaum einspurigen, brüchigen Asphaltbänder schlängeln sich ebenfalls bis zum Kehlstein hinauf - allerdings auf der einsamen Nordflanke. Viel Spass beim nachfahren, bis zum nächsten mal und eine schöne Bikesaison, lasst die Räder qualmen.

From the parking lot at the Eagle's Nest you can in 15 minutes still ascend to the summit, Teerweg, but you have to expect a lot of people, but if one is already above should take this 100HM still up.
