Sauwaldrunde mit Abstecher ins schöne Mühlviertel (kleines Stück auf deutschem Bundesgebiet). beginnend auf Asphalt auf Verkehrsarmen Strassen Richtung Kopfing, St. Ägidi, Engelhartszell. Zwischen St. Ägidi und Engelhartszell gäbe es eine Mtb-Strecke, war mir aber heute zu gatschig vom Regen der vergangenen Tage. In Jochenstein überquerte ich die Donau beim Kraftwerk, dann der erste Schweisstreibende Anstieg die Donauleiten hoch mit schönen Ausblicken ins Donautal. Auf Asphalt gings dann zum Rannabadesee hinunter, weiter dann nach Oberkappl und entlang der Ranna zum Stausee. kurzes Tragestück die Staumauer hinunter und dann das Rannatal zur Donau mit einigen Querungen durch die Ranna. über die Donaubrücke gings dann zum Kösslbachtal. Die Donauleiten wieder hoch mit Schiebestücken zur Pankratzkapelle. Dann quer durch den Sauwald abwechselnd Asphalt und Wald-Wiesenwege, vorbei am Jungfraustein, Berndorf, Gaisbuchen Enzenkirchen mit schönen Ausblicken ins Pramtal.

Sauwaldrunde with trip to the beautiful Upper Austria (small piece on German federal territory). starting on asphalt roads to traffic arms towards Kopfing, St. Aegidi, Engelhart cell. Between St. Aegidi and Engelhart cell there was a Mtb-line, but was me today to gatschig the rain of recent days. In Jochenstein I crossed the Danube at the power station, the first welding driving the increase Donauleiten high with beautiful views of the Danube Valley. On asphalt, we went down to the Rannabadesee, further then to Upper Kappl and along the Ranna to the reservoir. short piece carrying the dam down and then the Rannatal the Danube with some crossings by Ranna. we went to Kösslbachtal over the Danube bridge. The Donauleiten up again with sliding pieces to Pankratzkapelle. Then across the Sauwald alternately asphalt and forest-meadow paths, past the mermaid stone, Bern village, Gaisbuchen Enzenkirchen with beautiful views into Pramtal.
