Dura la salita ma, il primo tratto asfaltato, poi sterrana ed infine sentiero, ne vale la pena, circa 3h. di salita, si consiglia di mangiare al rifugio qualità, simpatia e abbondanza di cibo. sa discesa sulla via normale da dove si sale a piedi bellissima, stretta e tecnica, ma attenzione hai pedoni. Poi in fondo si attraversa la strada e circa 100 mt dopo a destra si prende la ciclabile bella anche se abbandonata, si raggiunge Casteldelfino dove asfalto fino alla Partenza.
