E' un giro molto particolare, nella parte bassa si svolge su splendidi sentieri molto stretti e a volte esposti, mentre nella parte alta bisognerà essere pronti a portare la bici in spalla per quasi mille metri di dislivello. In compenso si godono panorami molto belli sulla val Senales e sui laghi naturali di Corzes e dal punto più alto ci aspettano più di 2000 metri di dislivello in discesa, ma attenzione, i sentieri sono molto difficili e tecnici. Dopo la malga di Silandro la traccia segue il neuwaalweg, un sentierino strettissimo ed esposto, se non vi fidate potete continuare direttamente sulla forestale fino a valle.
Attenzione, alcuni tratti del sentiero da Silandro alla val senales sono vietati alle bike, percorrerli solo di mattina molto presto o, in alternativa, percorrere la pista ciclabile della val venosta fino a Stava e poi salire fino a castel Juval e continuare lungo la traccia
