Schöne Feierabendrunde von Leuchau als Startpunkt aus, über die Herlas Richtung Plassenburg. Durch die obere Stadt vorbei am Roberts geht es zur Blaich um dort den ersten garstigen Anstieg die "Borbich" rauf zum Trimmdichpfad, vorher allerdings rechts in der Kurve noch mal über den Berg geht es nach Kauerndorf runter. Ist eine rasante Abfahrt auf Asphalt, da kann man es richtig krachen lassen... Danach unter der Umgehung durch über die Bahnschiene am Bahndamm entlang bis zur Brücke über den Main. Links halten im Wald nach Fölschnitz, da aber nicht bis in den Ort, sondern gleich rechts hoch nach Hauenreuth. Ist ein wunderbarer Waldweg, mit Blick ins Maintal (Fölschnitz, Ködnitz) bis ganz nach oben. Hier könnt ihr Höhenmeter machen grins... Der Weg führt bis zur Plassenburg, durch den Innenhof geht es hinab wieder in die City, die Kalte Marter hoch über die Drei Steine weiter Richtung Weiher. Abbiegen in die Reuthgasse, dieser folgen bis zum Wald. Dort hinab in den Kessel liegt ein schöner Trail, optional können die Jumper über die gebauten Rampen springen, die dort gebaut wurden. Muss jeder selber entscheiden, inwieweit er sein Bike im Griff hat. Es geht hinab bis in den Kessel und von dort aus durch den Wald wieder nach Leuchau.. Ist echt eine schöne Tour, wenn man nicht so viel Zeit hat, trotzdem aber Höhenmeter bolzen will für längere und anstrengendere Touren. Viel Spass dabei :-D

Beautiful Feierabendrunde of Leuchau as a starting point, on the Herlas direction Plass castle. Through the upper town past the Roberts it comes to Blaich for there the first nasty increase the & quot; Borbich & quot; up to the fitness trail, but before the right of the curve again over the mountain it comes down to Kauerndorf. Is a rapid descent on asphalt, because you can let it rip right ... Then under the bypass by on the railway line along the embankment to the bridge over the Main. Keep left in the forest after Fölschnitz, but since not up to the place, but just to the right after high Sculpting Reuth. Is a wonderful forest road, overlooking the Main Valley (Fölschnitz, Ködnitz) to the very top. Here you can do LOL ... The path leads up to the castle Plass, through the courtyard, it goes down again in the City, the Cold torture high on the three stones on towards Weiher their altitude. Turn in the Reuth alley, this follow up to the forest. There lies down in the boiler a beautiful trail, optionally, the jumper can jump over the built ramps that were built there. Everyone needs to decide for themselves the extent to which he has his bike under control. It goes down into the tank and from there through the forest back to Leuchau .. Is really a nice tour if you have not so much time, but still wants to bolt altitude for longer and more strenuous tours. Have fun:-D & nbsp;
