E' sempre bello salire in Golem,e scendere lo è ancora di più,ecco una bella alternativa alla classica valle Vandul(Gnomi).
Partiamo da Marone in direzione Zone,dopo un tratto di antica strada Valeriana giungiamo a Cislano,dopo la frazione a destra per la val di Gasso su asfalto e poi sterrata fino al passo Croce di Marone,ancora salita fino alle malghe Guglielmo di sotto e di sopra fino al rifugio Almici(ottimi i casocelli) e sulla cima del Redentore 1950 slm.salita mai troppo ripida pendenza media 10% con ottimo fondo.
Discesa:ritorniamo al rifugio,nell'angolo del piazzale antistante parte il sentiero n°227 attenzione ai gradini traditori, arriviamo alla baita Casentiga,proseguiamo a destra,a quota 1370slm lasciamo la sterrata a sx e andiamo a destra su sterrata con divieto,passiamo per cascina Presèl sent n°234 e sotto il Prà della chiesa,passiamo per cascina Resèt e dopo un tratto in quota scendiamo a cascina Bombolone,ora diventa sterrata,scendiamo sempre su sterrata fino ad un bivio dove noi andiamo a destra in salita e poi in piano fino al passo croce di Zone,viriamo a sx su sterrata/ciottolata per lasciare dopo 200 metri la stradina per un bel sentiero n°233A a dx nel bosco con lievi su e giù fino a sbucare in un prato,ora su stardina a destra in discesa verso Cusato,ora ci spostiamo nell'altra valle al bivio con la salita verso la corna Trentapassi andiamo a sx in piano e poi in breve salita cementata,siamo sul versante dx della valle che scende alle "piramidi",la stradina inizia a scendere decisamente ,ad un bivio andiamo a sx e poi attenzione all'inizio del sentierino che punta a valle verso il lago tra due sterrate,il sentiero scende nel bosco inizialmente stretto e poi più largo fino a diventare stradina nei pressi di alcune cascine,ad un bivio dritti e poi di nuovo dritti fino all'ultima rampa in discesa ripida fino a sbucare nel centro di Marone,in breve siamo al parcheggio.
