Der Kurzmarathon wird von SKYDER SPORTPROMOTION e.K. und der RSG Zollernalb´82 Albstadt veranstaltet. Der interessante und abwechslungsreiche Kurs und die besondere Atmosphäre und Unterstützung der Zuschauer in Albstadt lassen Jahr für Jahr Sportlerherzen höher schlagen. Dazu werden die Ärzte und Apotheker erneut ihren nationalen Meister auf der Marathondistanz ermitteln. Für alle ambitionierten Hobbyfahrer besteht zudem die Möglichkeit sich über zwei Distanzen (23 oder 46 km) zu messen. Der Rundkurs um Albstadt führt über Forst- und Waldwege sowie asphaltierte Straßen. Albstadt ist wieder dabei!! Zum zweiten Mal wird die Weltspitze der Mountainbike-Szene in Albstadt an den Start gehen: vom 30.05 bis 01.06.2014 treffen sich die weltbesten Mountainbiker beim vierten Lauf des UCI MTB World Cup 2014 auf der schwäbischen Alb, um sich in den Disziplinen XCO (Cross Country) und XCE (Sprint) packende Duelle zu liefern.
