ritrovo e partenza dal campo sportivo di stella corona, si sale verso il monte bonomo , da quota 400 a quota 700 circa , si raggiunge un piazzale dove partono 2 percorsi , "il groppo" e "la cava" che ci riconducono al campo sportivo, . nella traccia sono registrati tutte e due le discese create con passione , tempo e fatica dal mitico maestro di mtb "sughero", sono tecniche e non velocissime , molto varie e divertenti dove si puo' veramente imparare qualcosa ! spettacolare anche il paesaggio e la vista mare che si puo' godere da lassu'
