Questo percorso ad anello prende il via dal paese di Jamiano per raggiungere il monte Lanaro, sommità di 544 metri disposta sul confine Italo-Sloveno.
A parte un breve tratto sul sentiero CAI 3 di media difficoltà (S1), l'itinerario si svolge in gran parte su sterrati di facile percorrenza attraversando piccoli e caratteristici paesi del Carso triestino, inoltre dalla vetta si potrà ammirare un splendido panorama a 360° dal mare ai monti.
L'unica difficoltà può essere riscontrata dalla lunghezza e il dislivello che il percorso presenta.

54 km - altitude 1200m. - Height departure 44m / max. 544m oeil This circular route starts from the village of Jamiano Lanaro to reach the mountain, the summit of 544 meters placed on the Italian-Slovenian border.
Except for a short stretch on the trail of medium difficulty CAI 3 (S1), the route takes place mostly on dirt and easy to follow through small typical villages of the Karst, also from the summit you can admire a magnificent 360-degree panorama from the sea to the mountains.
The only difficulty can be found the length and the height difference that the path presents itself.
