Die Tour startet an der Laguna Grande. Von hier geht es bergan zum Garajonay, dem höchsten Punkt der Insel. Über Waldwege führt die Route bis zur Strasse, auf der man nach Alajero gelangt. Ab hier geht es über Schotter ins Tal. Ab der Staumauer, über die man zur anderen Seite balaciert, wird es recht ruppig. Von hier muss man das Rad hoch auf den Bergrücken tragen! Berab geht es dann recht holperig über die Terassen. Wie viel man hier fahren kann, hängt etwas von der Fahrtechnik und vom richtigen Pfad ab. Ab einem verlassenen Haus kann man auf einem Schotterweg wieder gut fahren. Beim Aufstieg gibt es noch eine heftige Schiebepassage, da der Weg leider gnadenlos ausgewaschen ist. Um auf die Strasse nach Targa zu gelangen, die wieder aus dem Tal herausführt, kann man dem Track tragend querfeldein folgen oder man folgt einfach dem Weg und fährt noch weiter bergab, was man allerdings auch alles wieder hochkurbeln muss. Von oben geht es dann über einen ziemlich ruppigen Schotterweg bergab nach Santiago. Von hier kann man mit der Fähre zurück ins Valle de Grand Rei oder nach San Sebastian. Die Tour ist ziemlich heftig und ruppig. Man sollte sich auf einige Trage- und Schiebepassagen einstellen. Ferner kann es in den Sommermonaten gnadenlos heiss werden.

From here it passes into the valley gravel. From the dam, over which one balaciert to the other side, it is quite ugly. From here you have to take the wheel high on the ridge! Berab it goes quite bumpy on the terraces. How much you can take here, is somewhat dependent on the driving technique and the correct path. From an abandoned house you can go right again on a dirt road. During the ascent there is a violent shift passage, since the path is unfortunately washed out mercilessly. To get on the road to Targa heading out again from the valley, you can follow the track supporting cross-country or just follow the path and goes even further downhill, but what you also must Crank up everything again. From above, it then goes through a fairly rough dirt road downhill to Santiago. From here you can take the ferry back to the Valle de Rei Grand or San Sebastian. The tour is pretty intense and rough. One should be prepared for some wear and sliding passages. Furthermore, it can be mercilessly hot in the summer months.
