Die Tour startet auf einem ruhigen Parkplatz in Mons la Trivalle. Auf einem kleinen Asphaltsträßchen geht es entlang an Oliven- und Maronenbäumen stetig bergauf bis zum kleinen Weiler Le Bardou. Die Steigung ist stets so, dass die gesamte Strecke gut fahrbar bleibt. In Le Bardou lohnt es sich, kurz anzuhalten und den Weiler zu erkunden. Einen romantischeren Ort habe ich selten gesehen. Jetzt folgt eine kurze ca. halbstündige Schiebepassage auf dem gut begehbaren Wanderweg GR7 bis zum Scheitelpunkt, der in den Gorges d'Heric herabführt. Könner sind in der Lage, den größten Teil dieses steil abwärts führenden Trails zu fahren. Alle anderen müssen nochmal 30 Min. Schieben einkalkulieren. Das Mas Heric besteht nur aus 2-3 Häusern, aber immerhin gibt es dort die Möglichkeit, Getränke zu kaufen. Nun geht es wieder auf einer schmalen Asphaltstraße entlang des Heric, der sich in Kaskaden talwärts stürzt. Unterwegs laden idyllische Plätze und Badepools zum Baden ein. In Mons angekommen, geht es dann zurück zum Parkplatz.

The tour starts on a quiet park in Mons la Trivalle. On a small asphalt road it is & nbsp; along to & nbsp; olive and chestnut trees steadily uphill to the small hamlet of Le Bardou.
