Senso antiorario – Km 40 – Dislivello 1100m – Altezza min. 1110m / max. 1980m
Lasciamo la macchina presso un ampio parcheggio al laghetto Spillek, che si raggiunge dalla piazza di Roana.
Dal laghetto si inizia a pedalare subito in salita su comodo sterrato, al terzo km (W01)dove si lascia all'altezza di un tornante la strada che sale a sx (che sarà quella del ritorno)si prosegue diritti lungo un traverso che ci fa fare il giro delle malghe. Incontriamo infatti malga Mandrielle, malga Posellaro, malga Frugole e il bivacco Casara Campovecchio, da dove si prende il sentiero C.A.I. 820 fino ad un bivio (W 02).
Da questo bivio si sale in cima al M.te Verena, e si fa ritorno dalla medesima per proseguire a sx in discesa in direzione malga dei Quarti, fino ad incontrare il tornante denominato curva del Martin (W01) lasciato in salita, da dove si rientra velocemente al punto di partenza.

leave the car in a large parking lot to the pond Spillek, which is reached from the square of Roanoke.
From the lake you begin pedaling uphill immediately comfortable on dirt, on the third km (W01), where leaves at a bend in the road that goes left (which will be the return) continue straight on along a traverse that makes us go around the huts. Meet fact Mandrielle alp, alp Posellaro, Frugole Alm and the bivouac Casara Campovecchio, from where you take the CAI 820 to a junction (W 02).
From this junction you climb to the top of Mt Verena, and it's back by it to continue to the left downhill towards alpine hut of the quarter, until you reach the hairpin called curve of Martin (W01) left uphill, from where it falls quickly to the starting point.
