Itinerario molto poco trafficato e di grande soddisfazione a due passi da Verona. sperimentato in solitaria il 16-01-14.
Partenza dal parcheggio della chiesa di Ceraino. salita da subito stupenda e mediamente tecnica che porta a visitare prima il forte di valle e poi quello di monte. tratto intermedio su asfalto e poi parte finale di nuovo sterrata fino alla cima del monte pastello (gli ultimi 150m con pendenze notevoli). in cima al Monte Pastello si può godere di un panorama spettacolare sul Garda e sul Baldo. sosta pranzo in vetta rigorosamente sulla panchina di fianco alla croce!
primo tratto di discesa che ripercorre la salita: stradone scassato e ripido con possibilità di improvvisare simpatici tagli nei prati.
secondo tratto di discesa veramente divertente ma molto ostico e sporco (fatto a gennaio col bagnato): gradoni, scalette, tronchi e sassi scivolati metteranno a dura prova le vostre capacità (per questo tratto ho inserito DURO/DIFFICILE).
è presente qualche passaggio da fare a piedi a meno che non siate superman.
ultima parte della lunga discesa che diviene più scorrevole e veloce. piacevolissima passerella finale defaticante in riva all'adige.
salita fattibile tutto l'anno, discesa consigliata con l'asciutto a causa di rocce e tronchi che diventano saponette.
giro già molto bello di per sè ma se alla discesa venisse fatta un po più di manutenzione diventerebbe fantastico.

Itinerary very little traffic and great satisfaction in walking distance from Verona. experienced in the solitary 01/16/14.
out from the parking lot of the church of Ceraino. increased from an average of once beautiful and technique that leads to the strong first visit to the valley and then to Mt. intermediate section of asphalt and then the final part of new dirt to the top of the mountain pastel (the last 150m with significant slopes). Pastel on top of Mount you can enjoy a spectacular view over the Garda and Baldo. lunch break in strictly summit on the bench next to the cross!
first part of the descent that traces the ascent: steep highway battered and ability to improvise with nice cuts in the meadows.
second part of the descent really fun but very difficult and dirt (done in January when wet) steps, ladders, trunks and stones slipped will test your skills (for this part I put HARD / HARD).
is some step to do on foot unless 're superman.
last part of the long descent becomes smoother and faster. pleasant final parade in fatigue shore all'adige.
uphill feasible throughout the year, with the dry-down recommended due to rocks and logs that become soap.
around already very nice by itself but if the descent was made a little more maintenance would become great.
