Waldrunde von der Sechs-Seen-Platte durch den Duisburger Stadtwald über Düsseldorf-Angermund, Ratinger Oberbusch und Mülheimer Stadtwald zurück zur Sechs-Seen-Platte. Man fährt fast die ganze Zeit durch den Wald. Einen schönen Platz zum Rasten findet man auf Mülheimer Gebiet (Sitzbank des RVR mit schönem Ausblick). Die Strecke ist zwar nicht ganz flach, mörderische Anstiege gibt es aber nicht. Alles zu schaffen! Viel Spaß!

Forest Round of the Six Lakes area by the Duisburg city forest on Dusseldorf-Angermund, Ratingen upper bush and forest Mülheim city back to Six Lakes area. It runs almost all the time in the woods. A nice place to rest can be found on the Mülheim district (seat of RVR with a beautiful view). The track is not quite flat, murderous increases, there is not. To create anything! Have fun!
