Itinerario molto duro ma anche molto spettacolare e divertente, bisogna portare la bici in spalla per circa un'ora e mezza fino alla guardia Alta, ma si è poi ripagati da una fantastica vista a 360° su gran parte delle montagne dell'Alto Adige e da una lunga discesa su sentiero tecnico e divertente, a patto di essere in possesso di una buona tecnica di guida. Si sale prima su asfalto e poi su sterrata fino ai bagni dell'orso (ristoro). Poi si segue il sentiero 9 con bei panorami fino a Martscheinberg con qualche tratto a spinta. Da qui bici in spalla e tanta pazienza fino ad arrivare ai 2593 metri della Guardia Alta. Si scende su bel sentiero in costa fino alla caratteristica Falkomai alm (ristoro), poi si segue il 3 fino alla Mariolberger Alm (ristoro). Si scende fino alla bella chiesetta di S. Elena e si prosegue sul 5 fino a S. Pancrazio, da dove si torna su asfalto, prima in leggera salita poi in discesa fino al punto di partenza
