Hier mal ein Rundkurs vom Strandkurhaus Waging hinauf zur Stoiser Alm und wieder zurück. Die Strecke bietet absolute Abwechslung sowohl landschaftlich als auch vom Gelände her. Gestartet wird in Waging. Über Asphalt und Schotter geht es über hügeliges Terrain durch Wälder und Täler Richtung Freidling. Ab hier beginnt die Auffahrt auf den Teisenberg zur Stoiser Alm (Den Kaiserschmarren kann ich nur empfehlen). Weiter geht es noch ein Stück bergauf zum Scheitelkamm des Teisenbergs. Von dort geht ein genialer, wenn auch im unteren Bereich schwer zu befahrener Trail auf ca. 6 km Länge nach Höglwörth. Das Gefälle geht an manchen Stellen auf fast 40%. Alternativ kann man auch die normale Forststrasse nehmen, die den Trail immer wieder kreuzt. Von Höglwörth geht es über Teisendorf zurück zum Waginger See. Here is a round trip from the beach Kurhaus Waging up back to stoiser Alm and again. The range offers absolute change produces both scenic and the terrain. Starts in Waging. About asphalt and gravel it goes over hilly terrain through forests and valleys towards Freidling. From here the ascent begins on the Teisenberg to stoiser Alm (the pancake, I can only recommend). Next it goes a bit uphill to the summit ridge of Teisenberg. From there, a brilliant, if difficult to trafficked also at the bottom of Trail goes on about 6 km length Höglwörth. The slope is in some places to nearly 40%. Alternatively, you can also take the normal forest road that crosses the trail again. From Höglwörth it goes back to the Lake Waging Teisendorf.
