E' un itinerario molto duro, sia per la lunga salita ripida e con tratti sconnessi, la cui pedalabilità è spesso al limite, sia per il sentiero dopo la Ochsenalm, di cui la maggior parte è da fare a piedi. Il panorama e l'ambiente però sono molto belli. Bellissimo il sentiero 8 che scende ad Anterselva con tanti tornanti, poi si ritorna ad Anterselva di sotto lungo il sentiero 1, anche qui ci sono molti tratti da spingere la bici. Eventualmente si può tornare sulla ciclabile. Dedicato a biker con perfetta padronanza della bici e grande forza atletica che non hanno paura a spingere la bici per lunghi tratti.
