Mountainbiketrainingsrunde auf Teer! Haben wir im März bei hoch Schnee im Gelände auf die Straße verlegt! Los geht es in Würdinghausen auf der K27 Richtung Saalhausen! Der erste Anstieg der Tour geht bis zum Steinernen Kreuz, dann kommt der Downhill bis Saalhausen. Dort geht es auf der B236 bis Schmallenberg! Hier geht es auf die K17 Richtung Grafschaft! In Grafschaft am Kloster hoch nach Schanze! Am Ende vom Uphill in Schanze war Einkehrpflicht in der Skihütte! Zurüch nach Schmallenberg ging es auf dem gleichen Weg! Dort wieder auf der B236 zurück nach Fleckenberg und dort ging es los mit dem Uphill nach Jagdhaus. Oben Einkehr im Schäferhof! PFLICHT!!! Dann Downhill auf der K42 bis Wingeshausen und dann auf die L553 bis zum Rhein-Weser-Turm! Dann Downhill bis Oberhunden! Und dann weiter bis Würdinghausen! Ziel!

Mountain bike training ride on tar! Have we moved in March with high snow on the ground on the road! It starts in Würdinghausen on the K27 direction Saalhausen! The first climb of the Tour goes to Stone Cross, then comes the downhill to Saalhausen. You go up the B236 to Schmallenberg! This is the direction K17 County! In the county Monastery high after jump! At the end of the uphill ski jump in an obligatory stop was in the ski lodge! Worldvide Back to Schmallenberg it went the same way! There, again on the B236 back to Fleckenberg and there it went off with the uphill after cabin. Top stop in the sheep farm! MANDATORY !!! Then downhill on the K42 to Wingeshausen and then on the L553 to the Rhine-Weser Tower! Then downhill to top dogs! And then continue to Würdinghausen! Goal!
