Un percorso interessante di circa 40km per il 90% su sterrato e sottobosco, tante salite che ripagano con tante bellissime discese da gustarsi tra i boschi.
Si parte da Labico, passando per Vallefredda davanti al resort di Antonello Colonna, ci si arrampica sul monte Artemisio (Velletri) e si passa al rientro da Lariano ed in zona Macere.
Quasi tutti i tratti sono su sterrato, fogliame, fossi scavati dall'acqua, sentieri lastricati in pietra bianca, breccia ... e fango QB ... ma rovi pochi per fortuna.
Il percorso è circolare ma composto da tre anelli che si toccano uno dopo l'altro, la sequenza è dalla partenza in senso orario, toccando il secondo anello ci si infila girando in senso antiorario e toccando il terzo si gira di nuovo in senso orario ... è più facile a farsi che a dirsi ... basta fare attenzione nei punti dove si toccano gli anelli a non invertire per errore il senso di marcia.
Và fatta particolare attenzione al fondo disomogeneo e molto scivoloso in questa stagione (è pur sempre dicembre) inoltre stamattina alla partenza c'erano 3 gradi che sono poi diventati una decina andando avanti.

An interesting journey of about 40km to 90% on dirt and undergrowth, many climbs that pay off with many beautiful descents to enjoy the woods.
It starts from Labico, passing in front of the resort Vallefredda Antonello Colonna, you climb on Mount Artemisium (Velletri) and passes on his return from Larian and Macere area.
Almost all features are on dirt, foliage, ditches dug out of the water, paved paths in white stone, breccia QB ... and mud ... but luckily a few brambles.
The route is circular but made up of three rings that touch one after another, the sequence is from the start in a clockwise direction, touching the second ring you slip by turning it counterclockwise, and touching the third turns back clockwise ... it is easier to do than to say ... just be careful at the points where they touch the rings not to reverse by mistake direction of travel.
Go particular care to bottom uneven and very slippery in this season (it's still December) also this morning at the start there were 3 degrees which have become ten going forward.
