Die Tour beginnt im Mühlviertel im Ort Guglwald direkt an der Grenze zu Tschechien, wo man das Auto parken kann. Um die Tour abzukürzen ist allerdings auch Parken in Lipno oder an einem der anderen Orte der Tour möglich. Falls man sich für Krumlov viel Zeit nehmen möchte (sehr empfehlenswert) muß man sich bei den anderen möglichen Zwischenzielen wie Lipno, Vissy Brod oder Rozmberk kurz halten. Ein längerer Aufenthalt in Krumlov ist jedenfalls empfehlenswert. Die Tour ist im wesentlichen gut ausgeschildert: Den ersten Teil (nach Krumlov) den Hinweisschildern mit der Nr. 1188 und später 12 folgen. Ab Krumlov retour dann 1047 und dann 33 bis Lipno. Zur Übersicht ist die Radkarte "Radland Mühlviertel Südböhmen" empfehlenswert. Die Tour verläuft über weite Strecken auf Asphalt. Zwischendurch sind jedoch kurze Single-Trails und grobe Schotterstrecken sowie eine Flußquerung (nach Hochwasser gefährlich oder nicht möglich) zu bewältigen. Schöne Natur- und Flußlandschaften und vor allem das überwältigend schöne Krumlov machen die Reise zu einem Erlebnis. Der letzte Teil führt entlang des Moldaustausees und erinnert an nördliche Fjordlandschaften.

The tour begins in Upper Austria in place Guglwald directly on the border with the Czech Republic, where you can park the car. However, to shorten the tour also parking in Lipno or one of the other places of the tour is possible. If you would like to take a lot of time for Krumlov (highly recommended) must be kept short for the other possible intermediate targets such as Lipno, Vissy Brod or Rozmberk. A longer stay in Krumlov is certainly recommended. The tour is well signposted substantially: the first part (after Krumlov) signs with the number 1188 and follow later 12.. From Krumlov then back in 1047 and then 33 to Lipno. For clarity, the cycle map is & quot; Radland Upper Austria South Bohemia & quot; recommendable. The tour runs over long distances on asphalt. In between, however short single tracks and rough gravel roads and a river crossing are to cope with (dangerous or not possible at high water). Beautiful nature and river landscapes and above all the stunningly beautiful Krumlov make the trip a memorable experience. The last part runs along the Vltava River dam and reminiscent of northern fjords.
