Partendo dalla cittadina di Pietra Ligure si risale la Val Maremola fino al bivio per Giustenice (wp003). Si svolta a sinistra e si segue la strada asfaltata fino alla frazione di San Lorenzo (wp004). Da qui si prosegue a mezza costa e lasciandosi a sinistra la frazione San Michele, si inizia una ripida salita, proma asfaltata e poi sterrata, che porta a raggiungere il crinale delle Terre Alte (wp008). Si segue il panoramico crinale su una bella sterrata e si scende gradualmente fino all'abitato di Ranzi (wp018). Si tiene la destra e si oltrepassa una chiesetta (wp019). Qui si imbocca uno stretto sentiero dal fondo ciottolato che attraversa fasce di uliveti fino a raggiungere la collina di Santa Corona (wp020). Ancora un pezzo di sterrato per sbucare fra ville e uliveti su una piccola strada asfaltata che ci riporta in centro al paese di Pietra Ligure.
Starting from the town of Pietra Ligure go up the Val Maremola to the junction for Giustenice (wp003). Turn left and follow the paved road to the hamlet of San Lorenzo (wp004). From here we go halfway up and leaving on the left the hamlet of San Michele, it begins a steep climb, proma along a forestry, leading to reach the ridge of the Highlands (wp008). It follows the scenic ridge on a beautiful dirt and gradually descends to the village of Ranzi (wp018). Keep right and go past a church (wp019). Here you take a narrow path that runs through the cobblestone bottom bands of olive groves to reach the hill of Santa Corona (wp020). Even a piece of dirt to emerge villas and olive groves on a small paved road that takes us in the town center of Pietra Ligure.
